Ashley Fulton, LPC, ALMFT

I value a holistic and collaborative approach and seek to provide a therapeutic space that offers safety and acceptance. I practice from a systemic, attachment, and emotion-focused lens with an integration of somatic work and IFS. My hope is to create a pathway for healing so you can feel and be with your emotions while discovering new meaning, cultivating awareness, and fostering interpersonal growth. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming. I strive to meet clients where they are on their journey and understand that trust is something to be built. I earned a MA in Couples and Family Therapy from NEIU. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I’ve had the privilege to work with families over the years as a family preservation social worker and as a birth and postpartum doula. I’m currently pursuing an integrative somatic parts work certificate through Embody Lab. My clinical areas of interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, religious trauma, and couples seeking new pathways for communication and intimacy.

The first steps toward change can be uncomfortable and overwhelming. I’m happy to offer 15 min phone consultations to prospective clients.
