Molly Eskew, LCSW

It can be intimidating to seek out and start meeting with someone to talk about your thoughts, feelings, life stresses, relationships, past experiences, anxieties, concerns, etc. Therefore, my priority is to create a non-judgmental space for my clients in which they feel safe and supported. My approach to therapy is collaborative in which we work together to process some of the obstacles, whether past or present, that might be preventing you from living a fuller and more present life. I believe it is important to have compassion for ourselves, to be more accepting of who we are and our path that has gotten us here.

I work with both individuals and couples on any issues they may be facing. My areas of clinical focus include depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, self-injurious behavior, building self-confidence, and general support to life stressors.
